How do coupon codes work?
Coupon codes are meant for a select audience or group, and not the CoffeeGIANT audience as a whole, and must be redeemed during checkout for discount to apply.
For example, for a promotion that says "Save 20% on all ABC items with coupon code 123", you would need to redeem the coupon code 123 manually for the discount to take effect.

How do store promotions work?
CoffeeGIANT will occasionally run a store promotion such as "Buy ABC and get XYZ for FREE". To take advantage of these offers, simply add the specified ABC and XYZ product(s) to your cart. We will take care of the rest.
For example, if you are wanting to take advantage of a promotion that offers one free box for every six boxes you purchase, you would add six boxes to your cart PLUS one for your freebie (making seven total).
All free boxes or promotional discounts will be taken automatically at checkout.
When you begin the checkout process, the first page of Checkout will list your items and any deductions/credits received. If you order qualifies for the promotion, this is where you will see it applied. If no credit has been applied, please verify that your order meets the criteria described for the promotion you wish to receive.
